Meine Arbeiten auf Papier sind immer im Zusammenhang mit dem Performativen zu verstehen: Konzept, Kalk\u00fcl, \u201cpoetry of action\u201d (Henri Focillon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Motiv auf der Siebdruckschablone ist ein Bildschirmfoto &#8211; aufgenommen mit Open-Source-Software &#8211; mit einem Detail von \u201eJudith Beheading Holofernes\u201c (ca. 1620) von Artemisia Gentileschi. Die Schablonenkopie wurde mittels UV-Strahlung der Sonne belichtet. Via Hard Fork im Algorithmus meines Druckprozesses schaffe ich eine neue Einheit. Durch Rotation wird jede Farbe (Gelb \u2013 Magenta \u2013 Cyan) \u2013 in einem anderen Winkel gedruckt, wobei der je gleiche Rahmen mit nur einer Schablone verwendet wird. Jede Arbeit ist ein Unikat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My interest in screen printing follows the fact that it revolutionized painting. My hand-pulled silkscreens are always to be understood in the context of the performative: concept, reflective attitude, \u201cpoetry of action\u201d (Henri Focillon).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The motif on the stencil is a screenshot &#8211; taken with open source software &#8211; with a detail of \u201aJudith Beheading Holofernes\u2018 (c. 1620) by Artemisia Gentileschi. The stencil copy was exposed by means of UV radiation from the sun. Via Hard Fork in the algorithm of my printing process I make a new unit. By rotation, each colour (Yellow \u2013 Magenta &#8211; Cyan) is printed in a different angle, using the same frame with only one stencil.
